   I recommend the Board approve the FEMA Mitigration Grant as submitted.	-	PASS
   Minutes: At Mrs. Burdick's request, Mr. Moore summarized the District will receive $2.1 million from the FEMA Mitigation Grant and will use $703,400 from the capital budget to install the impact-resistant glass at the Fulton-Holland Educational Services Center.
